G-Rock presents:"The Babe Magnetism Theory"
A brief Introduction:
First off, this theory takes very literally the term "Babe Magnet." Particularly the "magnet" part. The entire theory is based on the reaction of magnets, metals, and catalysts. Secondly, like any other pseudo science babble, this theory is full of holes, and there are many exceptions to the rule. This is simply a theory which I have developed after years of frustrated interaction and rejection from girls. So if you're ugly, dorky, spastic, or somehow or another just not getting girls to notice you, this may help. Although it doesn't really work for me, I chalk that up to personality flaws. But if you've got no other ideas, keep this one in mind, should the opportunity present itself.
Now, I will list and define the key components in this theory, along with their counterparts in a real "magnetic" experiment.
1) a (not necessarily attractive, but usually) male, whom girls flock to like geese. (The Babe Magnet. + magnetic charge)
2) a few attractive girls, found to be attractive by the majority of the populace. (The catalyst. the experiment does not work without them.
3) a nice, friendly male, who is seen as "a nice guy," who gets no women whatsoever. There's really nothing wrong with him, he just can't get over the hump. (neutral charge, i.e. base metals)Now then...
The Babe Magnetism Theory:
The ideal situation for this theory to come to life is where the Babe Magnet and Nice Guy don't really know each other and definitely don't hang out. Then , through some circumstance, they are forced to spend time together regularly. Naturally, the Nice Guy will come into contact with a large portion of the Hot Girls that the Babe Magnet inevitably attracts. If the Nice Guy and Babe Magnet react to each other in an amicable fashion, this could lead to the neutrally-charged Nice Guy being charged with some of the Babe Magnet's babe magnetism. The Hot Girls will see the Babe Magnet hanging out with this guy they've never even paid attention to, and will begin to wonder why they hang out. If they hang out long enough, the Nice Guy may actually start to be seen as dateable. Or at least doable. By accepting the Nice Guy as a good friend of the Babe Magnet, two parties benefit from this. First, obviously, the Nice Guy benefits by having the chance to score with the Hot Girls. Secondly, the Hot Girls may also benefit, because if you can't have the Babe Magnet, you can certainly have his not unattractive friend. This also may serve two purposes for the Hot Girl: a) the Babe Magnet may start to wonder what he's missing, and b) the Hot Girl can draw a magnetic charge of her own by being seen with the Babe Magnet's friend.
In this theory, the Babe Magnet can lend some of his magnetic charge to the Nice Guy. Much like a real magnet can lend a brief charge to a paper clip. But as with a real magnet, the transfer of magnetic charge can only take place over a period of time. The longer the exposure, the longer the charge. And if there is no contact between the magnet and the neutrally charged object for a prolonged period of time, the neutrally charged object will lose its charge completely. But also as with a real magnet, the charge that the base metal possesses will not be nearly as great as the charge of the magnet.
In many cases of magnetic attraction, a catalyst solution, such as a liquid or some form of medium in which the charge is transferred. The same is required for the Babe Magnetism transfer. In this theory, the Hot Girls are the solution. The Nice Guy can hang out with the Babe Magnet till the cows come home, but if no girls see it, he might as well be sitting at home with his thumb up his butt. The "Babe" is as important as the "Magnet." Moreso, even. The theory only applies in the presence of Hot Girls.
The Residual Charge-
Again, borrowing the theory from real-life magnetic properties, it is possible for the Babe Magnet's charge, once transferred, to be transferred yet again to an object that the Babe Magnet has no contact with. The objects that the Babe Magnet originally charges can lend some of their charge to other neutral charged objects, as mentioned earlier in Benefit "b)" in relation to the Hot Girls. But again the charge will be even weaker this time, much weaker than the magnetism of the Babe Magnet, since these third parties received their charges from an object with only a temporary charge itself.
This is most likely the reason that guys are friends with girls. All men who are friends with girls are so for only one of 3 reasons: A) they tried to sleep with them, but were unsuccessful and became "friends." Although they most likely wouldn't mind sleeping with them. B) their female friend is the girlfriend of one of their close male friends. C) they're gay. It is also plausible, although rather infrequent, that the male simply enjoys the company of an unattractive female. I'm not saying that attractive females and males can't be very good, lifelong friends. I'm just saying that it wasn't the guy's first intention. Regardless, being friends with a Hot Girl, while not directly sexually beneficial, can still yield possible success with other Hot Girls. If you're seen with a Hot Girl, chances are that other Hot Girls will not immediately dismiss any notion of hanging out with you, as the initially may have done otherwise.
Methods of Transferring the Babe-Magnetic Charge -
A residual charge can be gained by Nice Guy #2 through a number of ways: First, he can be good friends with the newly-charge Nice Guy #1. This will lead not only to a transfer of #1's residual charge, but also may lead to contact with the Babe Magnet, which would lead to even more of a magnetic charge. Or, Nice Guy #2 can attain a good amount of Babe Magnetism by befriending the Hot Girl girlfriend of the Babe Magnet. Preferably before she starts dating the Babe Magnet. It also helps if the Nice Guy has had a number of other girlfriends during his friendship with the Hot Girl girlfriend, so as to pose no threat to the Babe Magnet. By befriending the Hot Girl Girlfriend, Nice Guy #2 can also gain residual charges. Since the Hot Girl Girlfriend is in constant contact with the Babe Magnet, she naturally has a large charge built up, and has more than enough to transfer to Nice Guy #2. Not to mention that her Hot-ness carries a hefty charge of it's own. Also, to the casual observer, since The Hot Girl Girlfriend likes both Nice Guy #2 and the Babe Magnet, then by the Transitive Property (if a=b and b=c then a=c, where the Hot Girl is "b, ") the Babe Magnet likes Nice Guy #2. Once people realize this, Nice Guy#2 will begin to accrue Babe-Magnetic charge.
Review:
In sum, this theory provides a comprehensive explanation of what it truly means to be a babe magnet. Not only to you attract Hot Girls, but you can also lend this ability, albeit for shorter durations and less intense in charge, to others through a variety of methods. Of paramount importance to this experiment is the presence of a catalyst that makes the charge take place. If there are no Hot Girls present, or at the very least other Babe Magnets, then the Nice Guy does not gain any magnetism. There is no transfer of magnetic charge. Once transferred, the residual charge can be further transferred to an object of lesser charge.
This theory can also be adapted to apply to any number of situations in groups. For example, it can lead to similar results when trying to join a particular social group. Punks, poets, frats, artists, musicians, etc. Similar methods of ingratiation can be used very similarly to how they are used in the Babe Magnet model. But really, aren't most male social groups formed to attract chicks anyway? So you might as well skip the hassle and go right after the Hot Girls.
