Yesterday, I was sitting in my room, playing the guitar while Kathy hung out.  After I stopped she said,
"You know, you should take your guitar with you to class."
"Why?" I asked.
"Because seem so much more confident behind it."
I kind of liked that, even though I probably shouldn't have.

On Friday night, I was sitting at Great Lakes with Kathy, and she pulled out a little plastic case from her bag.  She said she had little fortunes that she made inside.  They were written on the little pieces of paper that separate the pieces of gum in an 18-pack.  She said earlier, Jed pulled one out.  they were mostly single word fortunes.    The word written on the slip of paper Jed picked said "FEEL." That actually fit so well, it was scary.  I was amazed.  So I pulled one out.
It said : SUCKER
I kind of liked that, even though I probably shouldn't have.

So last night I was sitting at Great Lakes with Jen.  We were sitting at the bar, reminiscing, enjoying each other's company, telling funny stories, telling sad stories.  At one point she said, "God, I'm so glad memories fade over time."

I didn't like that, even though I probably should have.
